| No Show Cancellation Fee - Thursday, November 13, 2008
We’re Sorry!
We have experienced an increasing number of “no-show’s” without a cancellation notice. With proper prior notice, we can give these appointment times to other patients who need to be seen. Please note that if you cannot keep your appointment we ask for at least twenty-four hours’ notice.
Your failure to keep your appointment without a minimum twenty-four notice may subject you to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
